Lakshmana Swamy Mudaliar, was a well known philanthropist of Thottapalayam village in Vellore District. Shri. V.L. Ethiraj graduated from Presidency College, Chennai. He was tutored by Dr.Sarvapalli Radhakrishnan, the first President.
