The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) is the central agency authorized to conduct the Civil Services Examination, Combined Defence Services Examination, National Defence Academy Examination and Naval Academy Examination.

Personality Tests of these candidates will commence from 19th March, 2015-14. Personality Tests will be held at the Office of the Union Public Service Commission at Dholpur House, Shahjahan Road, New Delhi-110069. The date and time of Personality Test is being intimated to the qualified candidates individually. The date and time of Personality Tests of candidates being called for Personality Test from 19th March, 2015-14 will be displayed on the Commission’s Website at http://www.upsc.gov.in.
