Eligibility:
• Age : Not less than 21 years and not more than 30 years as on 2015. The upper age is relaxable for SC/ST/OBC and certain other categories of candidates to the extent specified in the Notice.
• Educational Qualification: Degree of a recognised university or an equivalent qualification.
• Physical Standards: Candidates must be physically fit according to the Regulations given in notice.
• Number of Attempts: The maximum number of attempts permissible to different categories of aspirants, who are otherwise eligible will be as follows:
o General Category : Four
o Physical Handicapped : Seven
o OBC : Seven
o SC / ST : No Limit
The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) will hold the Civil Services (Preliminary) Examination, 2015on 2015 for recruitment of nearly 880 various posts of Indian Administrative Service (IAS), Indian Foreign Service (IFS), Indian Police Service (IPS) and certain other Group 'A' and Group 'B' Central Services / Posts.

Indian Forest Service Examination 2015, prominently known as IFS Exam 2015, is carried out by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC), located in New Delhi. The commission conducts the entrance examination to serve the purpose of recruiting deserving candidates as forest officials in Indian Forest Services. Candidates who envisage themselves as forest officials will have to appear for the UPSC IFS Exam 2015 so as to qualify for further selection procedures. - Candidates can obtain Indian Forest Service Examination 2015 online application forms, by visiting the official website: http://www.upsconline.nic.in/.
- Candidates can also apply in a common application form, devised by the commission for its examinations.
- Applicants can obtain this common application form from designated Head post Offices/Post Offices by paying Rs 20 in cash.
- Candidates must submit the duly filled application form along with all the relevant documents on or before the given deadline.
