Job Description:
4 yrs of experience of delivering software projects in telecommunication domain.
Experience in Telecom BSS domain as Business Analyst/Developer – atleast one of CRM, Billing, Customer Portal, Data Warehouse
Knowledge of one programming language (preferably Java) and PL/SQL.
Experience of managing projects in OSS/BSS domain – any exposure of managing Clarify, Siebel, SAP, Clarity, Oracle Applications, and Remedy is a big plus.
Strong communication and presentation skills are a must.
Knowledge of web technologies and portal design is a plus.
Qualification: B.E (Computer Science, IT)MBA

Technical/Functional Skills:
Experience of managing projects in OSS/BSS domain
Hands-on in one programming landguage
PL/SQL coding experience
Exposure to Telecom CRM, Billing, Portal functions
Java, C++ coding experience
Experience of managing Clarify, Siebel, SAP, Clarity, DSS and Portal Applications
Knowledge of web technologies and portal design
